its been somewhat boozy and food fueled....so a gain is on the cards for tomorrows weigh in. But thats ok, have been talking my lovely husband and we are developing som weekly goals for me to try and stick to. Decided cutting out alcohol wasnt something i wanted to do, so instead I'm going to drink only once a week and stick to vodka diet cokes and only maybe have 5 or so. Rather than just going mad on it! that way i wont be hungover the next day and can get my Shred DVD done!
So as much as there will be a gain I do feel positive about it. Just hope it continues!
