Late night shredding!

Well I got out of my pjs and into my work out gear and did level 1 of the shred. And you know what? I feel so much better for it.
Now time for a relaxing bath and then a reasonably early night!

PJ time!

Well I've gotten to the end of the day and i've stuck to my menu plan exactly! I'm so pleased with myself. Makes me think that if I put my mind to it...i can do it!

Have already planned the food for tuesday, and im also taking my bike to the shop to get fixed so i can get cycling!

I made my husband promise to make sure I did my Shred DVD (i got in and put my PJs on!)...so I've just had my lovely dinner and going to let that settle before cracking on with it. its only 20min so i have no excuse!





I will look like this one day!!

On yer bike!

Went to get on my bike to cycle to work this morning, and the back tyre was flat! so ended up driving.

I dont feel too terrible about it though, have my pedometer on and i've been moving more. And to make up for not cycling I shall do the Shred this evening!
