Day 10 of the broken ankle

I've still been using my weight watchers pedometer, and have set the goal to earn 2 points a day. (in normal non-broken ankle times i was earning about 10 a day!). I've managed to do it, just by doing a few upper body exercises and getting around the flat on my crutches.
I've noticed a difference in my arms, triceps are gaining more definition!

Speaking of Weight Watchers, what does everyone think of the new "pro points"? I've cancelled my membership because of the change. This is because the whole thing is soooo money grabbing! The old point system has worked for over a decade, why change it? It means my all my books etc are out of date. So I decided to go at it on my own. Lets see how it goes.


To keep myself occupied I've started making christmas decoration for the flat! And we've also started looking for a new place to live, so I've been organising viewings.

I officially become unemployed this week before starting the personal training job, so I'm currently trying to apply for some support from the government. Which annoyingly, is proving more difficult than I hoped. Is it this hard for all the scummers who live on benefits?
